PHP handler resets after synchronization from service plan

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 12.5 for Linux
  • Plesk Onyx for Linux

Symptoms

Permissions "Hosting settings management" and "PHP version and handler management " are granted in the service plan.

PHP handler resets to default OS if synchronization is performed from service plan.

PHP version in subscription is shown as it was set before the synchronization.

A version of default OS PHP is shown in phpinfo() for the domain.

Apache config for the domain ( /etc/apache2/plesk.conf.d/vhosts/example.tld.conf ) generated with the system PHP handler in <IfModule mod_fcgid.c> .

Cause

Bug #PPPM-4010 . It is fixed in Plesk Onyx.

Resolution

Upgrade to the latest Plesk version .

If upgrade is not possible, replace /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Plan/Synchronization/BaseDomain.php with attached one.
