- Plesk for Linux
- Plesk for Windows
When trying to login as Plesk administrator, start up screen appears that suggests to specify the domain name of the first webspace:
Subscriptions on the server already exist.
Power User mode is enabled on a server, and Plesk administrator does not have any subscription. The subscription that exist on a server belongs to a customer or a reseller, but Power User view does not allow managing customers or resellers, so Plesk cannot see this domain and suggest to create the first domain that will belong to Plesk Administrator.
If Web Admin license is used on a server, re-activate it with a license that supports customers and resellers management: Web Pro or Web Host. It is possible to get a trial license for Web Host or Web Pro editions.
If Web Pro or Web Host license is already used on a server that was switched to Power User view, disable it by switching to Service Provider view:
Plesk for Linux:
- Connect to the server via SSH
- Disable Power User mode via command line:
# /usr/local/psa/bin/poweruser --off
Plesk for Windows:
- Connect to the server via RDP
Open Windows Command Prompt (CMD) in a Windows server: Right-click the Start charm, and then click Command Prompt (Admin);
- Execute this command:
C:\> plesk bin poweruser.exe --off
