Cause

 FTP server incorrect configuration.

Resolution

1. Restore file ftp_psa from backup that Plesk generates:

  # mv /etc/xinetd.d/ftp_psa.rpmnew /etc/xinetd.d/ftp_psa and restarting the service xinetd

  # systemctl restart xinetd

2. Check the configuration on client's side:
  # pmm-ras --check-repository
