Unable to configure FTP repository in Backup Manager. Plesk returns the following error:
CONFIG_TEXT: Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: Timeout was reached
The following error can be found in
ERR [util_exec] proc_close() failed ['/opt/psa/admin/bin/pmm-ras' '--check-repository' '--dump-storage=ftp://firstname.lastname@example.org//backups' '--use-ftp-passive-mode'] with exit code  Executed pmm-ras manually with verbose and debug and returned the following:

Exit code: 126 Files were able to be uploaded successfully to the FTP server manually.
FTP server incorrect configuration.
Note: if you don't have root access to Plesk server via SSH, contact your hosting provider regarding the issue
1. Login to the FTP server over SSH
2. Restore file ftp_psa from a backup:
# mv /etc/xinetd.d/ftp_psa.rpmnew /etc/xinetd.d/ftp_psa
# systemctl restart xinetd
