CONFIG_TEXT: Can't upload file '/usr/local/psa/PMM/tmp/backup7WwhZ3/backup_info_<timestamp>.xml.tar' to ftp. Error code: 1
The status of FTP uploading can be checked in the same directory as the problem was reported, in the
file. For example:
# grep 'FTP ERROR' /usr/local/psa/PMM/sessions/2013-11-20-113722.40/migration.result
<description>FTP ERROR: Net::FTP: connect: Connection refused</description>
In the case above, the FTP server refused the connection.
Connect to the server via SSH and make sure that the FTP repository server is up and running during the creation of the backup.
Check that the firewall allows port 21 (
iptables -L -n).
Make sure the file
/etc/hosts.deny(TCPD wrappers) does not block access to port 21 for your FTP host.
Connect from the Plesk server to the FTP server with your FTP user credentials and try to upload the backup manually.
# ftp firstname.lastname@example.org
ftp> cd pub
ftp> put backup.tgz
