Plesk login page fails to load: Call to undefined function get_failure_redirect_url

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 10.x for Linux
  • Plesk 11.x for Linux

Symptoms

Plesk Control panel does not load, it fails with error:

# tail -f /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log

FastCGI-stderr: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_failure_redirect_url() in /usr/local/psa/admin/auto_prepend/auth.php3 on line 186

Cause

Plesk package was reinstalled, but mcroupdates were not installed.

Resolution

Reinstall/Install Plesk microupdates with command below:

# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base

If it does not help, please check error log again. If it is fails with the same error, try to reinstall psa package as below:

  1. Download psa package from autoinstall.plesk.com (in case below, it is Plesk 10.4 for Centos 6 x64):

    # wget http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_10.4.4/dist-rpm-CentOS-6-x86_64/base/psa-10.4.4-cos6.build1013111102.18.x86_64.rpm
  2. Re-install the package and apply microupdates:

    # rpm -Uvh --nodeps --force psa-10.4.4-cos6.build1013111102.18.x86_64.rpm
    # /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base
