Error: [Error 2] The system cannot find the file specified

Cause

Plesk Backup Manager is not installed properly, some files are missing.

Resolution

For Plesk 11.5

Repair package in one of the following ways:

  • Find file plesk-backup.msi in the autoinstaller directory, click twice, chose " Repair "

    C:\\ParallelsInstaller\\parallels\\%your_plesk_version%\\dist-msi-Microsoft-2003-i386\\plesk-backup.msi

Download the msi package from http://autoinstall-win.pp.parallels.com/ and click twice, chose " Repair ".

For Plesk 12:

  1. Find ' plesk-service-node-utilities.msi ', usually it is located: C:\\ParallelsInstaller\\parallels\\PANEL-WIN_12.0.18\\dist-msi-Microsoft-2003-i386\\plesk-service-node-utilities.msi

Or you can download the msi package from http://autoinstall-win.pp.parallels.com/

  2. Unpack msi file

    msiexec /a C:\\Full\\Path\\plesk-service-node-utilities.msi /qb TARGETDIR="C:\\MyFolder"
  3. Copy missing files and skip existing from the folder into %plesk_dir%

  4. Re-apply all micrioupdates:

    "%plesk_bin%"\\ai.exe --select-product-id panel --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base
