localhostIPv4 and IPv6 addresses are not added in server white list.
- Login to Plesk
localhostIPv4 and IPv6 addresses to the server whitelist, if they are not added yet: go to Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings > White List > Add Network.

The following IPv6 should be added for a localhost, if IPv6 address is used on a server:
- Connect to the server using SSH/RDP.
/etc/postfix/main.cffile with any text editor, for example, using vim:
# vim /etc/postfix/main.cf
permit_mynetworksparameter into the
# grep permit_mynetworks /etc/postfix/main.cf
smtpd_recipient_restrictions = permit_mynetworks, permit_sasl_authenticated, reject_unauth_destination
- Reload postfix:
# service postfix reload
IPv4 and IPv6 addresses into the white list makes it impossible to use Outgoing Mail Control. Outgoing mail messages sent from IP addresses that are not in the white list will be still processed by mail handlers.
