Doesn't address those without that page
The solution for SSH does not give a usable result for submitting a ticket
Licence key not recognised - no way to contact support. Very poor service
SSH solution is useless if the databases password isn't working #sigh.
If you have no licence key, then you cant' get support, even though you are a paying customer, you should just supply ip address, plesk are logging that anyway so they can verify it
Under tools at my web site highandliftedup.com IP address: 208.67.23.53 there is no license number.
Hello @pAULETTE Anderson,
To check the license key number, you have to go to a different menu as described in this article: Tools & Settings > License Management
If you do not see Tools & Settings menu in your Plesk, contact your hosting provider for assistance (the server owner who you bought Plesk from).
I am facing an issue to work as database admin in plesk because plesk does not show (mylittleadmin) for SQL SERVER as it shows on myPHPadmin for mariaDB. how can i upload my database on plesk without admin rights. Kindly guide me on this.
tools and settings is not available in my Plesk dashboard.
Hi, I have bought windows hosting plesk ULTIMATE Package for 1 quarter 2021 but i am not getting full administrator control. I created Database in plesk but unable to import dump or create tables in the plesk.
Thank you
doesn't tell me where this dashboard is supposed to be
Hello @Sherry,
If you don't see the Tools & Settings menu on the left of your Plesk GUI usually it means that you are not logged in as Plesk Administrator (e.g. Plesk customers usually login via email).
Try to log in as Administrator and check if the Tool & Setting menu appeared.
In case you don't have administrative access to your panel, you need to contact the company, from which you purchased hosting (your hosting provider) for support as they should have administrative access.
No "Tools & Settings" in my plesk.
Hello @Joseph Louis Regallis,
Please check my previous comment above if you don't see Tool & Settings. It seems that you are logged in not as Plesk Admin.
Hola. Entonces, ¿quién me ayuda?
Hello @VicM,
The extension was created by Plesk developers, that's true. It's a free extension which means that all issues or questions regarding this extension should be passed to the same organization that supports your Plesk installation (meaning the parent license that can be checked in Plesk > Tools & Settings > License Management).
In your case, you should contact your provider once again and describe the whole situation. You can paste my reply as a reference. They should be able to check the issue on their own or they will create a ticket for us and we will take a look into it.
Tools and settings does not exists in Plesk control panel
These instructions don't work. That is not the number the Plesk website is looking for when trying to submit a request. They want the license number. We should be able to pull that from the interface.
Hello @Xyonet Hosting,
As I can see, you have successfully submitted a ticket using the license PLSK.xxxxxx34.xxx5. So this is the exact license number we are looking for when submitting a request to support.
Terrible. I could not find plesk license to quote to you. Even though I pay for Plesk. I was therefore unable to get any help from plesk. Terrible customer experience. Would change service if there was an alternative
i cannt log in to check
