How to find Plesk key number for support request?

Go to Tools & Settings > License Information > Key number:
Note: in case the Tools & Settings or License Information page is absent contact your hosting provider.
- Log in to Plesk360 with the email address which you used when purchasing Plesk license
- Open the Licenses tab:

Log into the server via SSH with root privileges

Execute the command below to get Plesk key number:
# plesk bin keyinfo --list | grep plesk_key_id | awk {'print $2'}
PLSK000000010000Note: in case the command above returns an empty output it means that the license key is not installed.

Log into the server via RDP.

Execute the command below to get Plesk key number:
plesk bin keyinfo.exe --list | findstr plesk_key_id
plesk_key_id: PLSK000000010000Note: in case the command above returns an empty output it means that the license key is not installed.
For Linux:

Usually, this happens when you're not logged in as Plesk administrator.
In case you don't have administrative access to your panel, you need to contact the company, from which you purchased hosting for support as they should have administrative access.
but iam an administrator on web host but this is only actions on host i can use on image bellow :

The license key should be available in the invoice for the license. If you purchased the Plesk license directly from Plesk, locate the invoice (should be delivered via email) or any order confirmation document. Also you may contact Plesk sales team in order to check your order details and get the license key number: https://www.plesk.com/licensing-and-purchase-support/
If you got access to Plesk from some other company (Plesk reseller/partner), contact that company for assistance.
Plesk request interface doesn't allow me to submit request

Je suis le propiétaire du nom de domaine (voir REGISTRAR) et j'ai besoin de réactiver l'hébergement chez vous pour faire fonctionner ma société c'est tres URGENT.
La société en charge de l'hébergement en COTE D'IVOIRE à déposer (faillite) et elle a l'air t'il ouvert un compte chez vous pour hénerger les sites qu'elle détenait !!!

Usually, this means that the license was purchased from some of our partner and support is to be provided by them. Alternatively, from our form you may purchase a support subscription and receive support form us.

We develop the product for hosting servers only and don't provide hosting services.
In your case, it's required to contact the owner of a server, where your website is hosted.
We use as an interface to edit our website. A few weeks ago it would just hang on our logon once correctly put in. Putting incorret logon information fails immediately (normal). But again, correct information hangs. We even reset our password -and again the correct (new) password just hangs and spins at logon. We cannot logon in order to retrieve our license key. How on earth do we submit a ticket if we cannot logon to the site to view the license key? Do you have a phone number? We already tried contacting Parralells support and they directed us to you.
How do i get support when Plesk is part of GoDaddy? It doesn't even seem i have full admin rights to the plesk site. I am trying to fix issues but have no access?

In your case, it's required to contact the company, form which hosting is rented. We, as hosting panel developers have no access to the servers where Plesk is installed.

It used to be a free account. But our account just spins when logging in, and never logs in (so cannot see license/serial/whatever). So I have no cmd line access which is what you are indicating. Look if it is no longer free, that is fine - but give us SOME kind of recourse to logon to convert it to a pay account. WE CANNOT GET INTO our website admin console

This means that you don't have admin right to this installation. This means that you need to contact the company, which has admin access to this installation for assistance.
This company owns the websitewelcome.com.
Please, contact them as we as a software development won't be able to assist you without having the administrative access to the installation.
Have issue renewing a certificate bought from you. Hosting company says to contact you but when I try and submit a ticket it tells me to contact them. How do I contact you without having to pay for support? As I've already paid to renew the certificate I shouldn't have to pay for support when I get a message saying "Valid Contract Not Found"

As I can see, we were able to submit a support request, the investigation is in progress. You'll be updated in the ticket.
Usually, when purchasing a certificate or extension, license number like EXT.XXXXXXXX.XXXX is provided. It may be used for creating a ticket even if the main Plesk license was purchased not from us.

Plesk is a hosting panel and we're a company, which develops this software. Hosting providers use our software to manage hosting servers.
So, in your case, it's required to contact the company, which hosts the website.
My company bought Plesk trough Contabo long time ago.
Now, this looks like I`m not eligible for Plesk-side support?
I get "We identified that the Plesk license was purchased not directly from Plesk but through one of the Plesk Resellers. Please contact your license provider for support service."
I sincerely doubt it that Contabo is able to do anything regarding any issue with Plesk...

Contabo is our partner. Partners provide support to servers with licenses of that type on their side.
However, there's still an option for you to submit support requests directly yo us.

Bonjour, j'ai un serveur dédié chez Ionos qui me dit avoir un accord partenaire avec Plesk. Dans mon administrateur de Plesk, J'ai bien une clé de licence. Mais lorsque je vais dans votre espace de support Plesk, cette clé de licence n'est pas reconnue. J'ai un gros problème urgent avec les droits des utilisateurs sur des sites Joomla. J'ai l'impression que votre mode de sécurité de permet pas à un site existant Joomla de s'intégrer à Plesk sans avoir à modifier et ce je ne sais encore où les permissions des utilisateurs Joomla ce qui me pause un énorme problème étant donné que j'étais le Superuser dans Joomla et que désormais je ne le suis vraissemblablement plus. Pouvez vous m'aider.

As far as I see, your Plesk license key was bought from our partner Ionos (1&1).
Thus, you should contact them for assistance.

We have someone who is trying to send malicious emails from our domain using your Infrastructure! I have created a profile but am unable to log a ticket as i dont have a license key, but i need someone to investigate what is going on as they are using the PLESK infrastructure!

Plesk is down the whole day as all my websites. When i got this message in panel login i thought it was a mysql issue. Afterthat i wasn't able to login in the repair kit and now i can't even see my license key.
