Symptoms
FTP Publishing service does not start, it fails with error:
IIS Admin service" failed to start with "Error 126: The specified module could not be found.
Cause
Absent
admxprox.dll
in
C:\\Windows\\System32
and
C:\\Windows\\SysWOW64
directories.
Resolution
Copy missed dll from installation Windows CD or other Windows system with the same OS, architecture, Service Pack.
