The web statistics page at Domains > example.com > Web Statistics does not show SSL traffic statistics.
There is no statistics available for domains where redirect from HTTP to HTTPS is enabled. The following message might be shown in a browser:
PLESK_INFO: This is the placeholder for Web statistics.
If you see this page, that means that statistics for your server was not gathered yet, or bandwidth was not used. Statistics is typically set to run once every 24 hours. If you do not see a change to this page in the next 24 hours contact your server administrator for assistance.
This is a Plesk bug with ID PPPM-548, which has been fixed in Plesk Onyx 17.5 Update 41 and Plesk Onyx 17.8:
Plesk web-statistics is calculated separately for SSL and non-SSL traffic. The Web Statistics button in Plesk shows non-SSL traffic data and the Web Statistics SSL/TLS button, introduced in Plesk Onyx 17.5 and later versions, shows SSL traffic data.
Note: If the option Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS is enabled at Domains > example.com > Hosting Settings, the button Web Statistics will disappear, as all traffic will go to SSL statistics.
Upgrade Plesk to the latest release:
As a workaround, SSL traffic statistics can be accessed with the following link:
