Customer is unable to remove an additional domain on a subscription: the option is missing

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 12.0 for Windows

Symptoms

  1. Unable to remove a domain from within customer's account in Plesk: option Remove is missing

  2. Domain in question is not the main domain of a subscription (does not have the same name as a subscription name)

Cause

  1. "Domain Management" Permission is not enabled in the Service Plan that subscription is assigned to,

or

  1. subscription is not synced with the service plan

Resolution

  1. Enable "Domain Management" permission in a subscription's Service Plan:

Service Plans > Plan name > Permissions > Show More Available Permissions > Domain Management

  1. If subscription is in "not synced" status, sync it with it's service plan.

Additional information

In case domain in question is the main domain of a subscription (domain has the same name as a subscription name), visit:
