First of all it is needed to obtain the appropriate phpMyAdmin package for your operating system from http://autoinstall.plesk.com . Path depends on OS version and architecture, for CentOS 6 it looks like:

http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_11.5.30/dist-rpm-CentOS-6-x86_64/base/psa-phpmyadmin-4.1.12-cos6.build115140407.17.noarch.rpm

For RPM-based operating system:

Reinstall the package by the follwoing command:

# rpm -Uhv psa-phpmyadmin-4.1.12-cos6.build115140407.17.noarch.rpm --force

For DEB-based operating system:

Reinstall the package by the follwoing command:

# dpkg --force-depends -i psa-phpmyadmin_4.1.12-debian7.0.build115140407.17_all.deb
