Just fixed my issue.. In case the above article doesn't work for you check your /etc/hosts file and for an old IP.  After removing the line with autoinstall.plesk.com everything ran perfect. For some reason my host added autoinstall.plesk.com to my hosts file upon installation.  More info here: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213389169-Unable-to-install-or-update-Plesk-for-Linux-unable-to-download-Plesk-packages-from-autoinstall-plesk-com

Stefano De Luca File /root/.autoinstallerrc is not a required file on a system. In case there is no such, then Plesk was not installed using one-click installation or it was removed manually. In case when such a file is not presented, I would recommend checking the repositories file/folder to remove EOLed repos:

    • Under Debian-based it is /etc/apt/sources.list and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/
    • Under RHEL-based it is /etc/yum.repos.d/

Also note that in case there are no OVH repos, then this article is not your case and you should search for another one.

@Jan Bludau this is article is about OVH mirror and not about IONOS. By the way, in your case there is another issue with lack of disk space. In order to troubleshoot it, please follow this KB article: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000140333
