Plesk is not working. Unable to read class.Conf.php3.

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 11.0 for Linux
  • Plesk 11.5 for Linux
  • Plesk

Plesk is showing error:

Warning: file(/etc/psa/psa.conf): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/class.Conf.php3 on line 27
Unable to read Control Panel configuration file: date_default_timezone_get() []: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/Chicago' for 'CDT/-5.0/DST' instead
