Even if user disables Watchdog reporting, weekly report keeps sending to user

Symptoms

Even if user set disable in report setting of Watchdog, following weekly report is kept sending to user:

How to stop Watchdog reporting?

Cause

This is a software issue with internal id #PPPM-986 . It was fixed in Plesk 12 version.Details can be found in KB article #213414569 .

Resolution

Reports are sent due to the following cron task:

# cat /var/spool/cron/root  | grep send-report
0 1 * * 1 /usr/local/psa/libexec/modules/watchdog/cp/send-report weekly

When trying to change set from Plesk interface, changes do not apply in /var/spool/cron/root file.
