Auto-responder is not working or is not sending email messages to a specific domain.
MailEnable SMTP debug log (located in
%plesk_dir%Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Logging\SMTP\) contains the following error:
CONFIG_TEXT:  Relay Denied: Failed to meet all relay criteria. Attempt to relay to [SMTP:email@example.com] was denied for requesting IP Address 203.0.113.2
203.0.113.2 IP address does not have relay rights.
Connect to the server via RDP;
Open MailEnable > Servers > Localhost > Connectors > SMTP > Properties > Relay tab and ensure that Allow relay for privileged IP ranges option is enabled:
Add server IP 203.0.113.2 to Privileged IPs list.
