Unable to load object of type BsDomain with id=: Trying to create class BsDomain for not-existent client

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 11.x for Linux
  • Plesk 11.x for Windows
  • Plesk 12.5 for Windows

Symptoms

While creating email account, the following errpr appears:

Unable to load object of type BsDomain with id=: Trying to create class BsDomain for not-existent client.

Cause

MySQL strict mode prevents mail account creation.

Resolution

  1. Disable or delete sql-mode = "NO_AUTO_VALUE_ON_ZERO" from /etc/my.cnf .
  2. Restart Mysql:
    # service mysql restart

    The solution makes no sense..   There is no NO_AUTO_VALUE_ON_ZERO  in my.conf, so what is the syntax to disable it?  Some instructions would be good.
