Access to Application Catalogoption is enabled under the Home > Subscriptions > example.com > General tab > Customize > Permissions .
Enable access to premium commercial appsoptions is ticked under the Tools & Settings > Interface Management > Interface Controls Visibility
Subscription belongs to a reseller.
The issue caused by misconfiguration in reseller's service plan. The
Provide only applications that I select
option is enabled under the
Service Plans > Reseller Plans > resellers_plan > Applications
, but none of the application were added to the list.
Go to Service Plans > Reseller Plans > resellers_plan > Applications and add required applications to list to select. Otherwise disable
Provide only applications that I selectoption if it is not required.
Update & Syncbutton to propagate the changes.
