None of applications are listed under Applications tab for domain

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 12.5 for Linux
  • Plesk 11.x for Windows
  • Plesk 11.x for Linux
  • Plesk 12.0 for Linux

Symptoms

  1. None of the applications are listed under All Available Applications for domain at Home > Subscriptions > example.com in Applications tab. And Featured Applications gives the following message:

    Your search did not match any apps
  2. The Access to Application Catalog option is enabled under the Home > Subscriptions > example.com > General tab > Customize > Permissions .

  3. The Enable access to premium commercial apps options is ticked under the Tools & Settings > Interface Management > Interface Controls Visibility

  4. Subscription belongs to a reseller.

Cause

The issue caused by misconfiguration in reseller's service plan. The Provide only applications that I select option is enabled under the Service Plans > Reseller Plans > resellers_plan > Applications , but none of the application were added to the list.

Resolution

  1. Go to Service Plans > Reseller Plans > resellers_plan > Applications and add required applications to list to select. Otherwise disable Provide only applications that I select option if it is not required.

  2. Use Update & Sync button to propagate the changes.
