On October 19, 2021, we have enabled single-sign-on for our Plesk Support Center to provide a seamless login/account experience. This implies that you’ll be able to use a single account across any of our web-facing properties.
If you had already registered your account at Plesk 360 (formerly known as My Plesk) please use one for login. Otherwise please re-register it using the same email address as your existing Zendesk login (support account). It’s essential that you use the same email address on our support center to ensure that your tickets stay attached to the same account.

    It does not helped anything!

     

    No domains returned from db query. But there was a few times IP listed in files.

     

    CANNOT reenable nginix after following your procedure

    This didn't helped me, but I was able to "fix" it for now:

    For some reason, Plesk did a "Reread" at some point and found my docker interfaces/IPs... This was causing my problems.
    For now, I removed the docker interface, and then the IP under Plesk > Tools & Settings > IP Addresses

    docker network prune of interface IPs were the cause of this issue for us too.  I too removed the ip from plesk, then was able to run
    `plesk sbin nginxmng -d && plesk sbin nginxmng -e` note that this causes hosted sites to go down momentarily during the config rebuilds. mine came back up fine.
