Correct time zone is set in Plesk > Tools and Settings > System time . But incorrect timestamp is shown in File Manager.
This is Plesk internal issue with ID PPPM-4501 , which is planned to be fixed in future Plesk updates.
Modify Plesk configuration file
php.iniand add timezone like below (set the required timezone):
# grep zone /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini
date.timezone = "Europe/Lisbon"
Restart Plesk to apply changes:
# service psa restart
