Plesk installation/update/upgrade/repair fails: Couldn't resolve host autoinstall.plesk.com/autoinstall-win.plesk.com

    I am running Plesk version 11.5.30 Update #55, last updated at Sept 24, 2016. This never auto updated. Do I need to update/upgrade to 17.5.3 for the process update of Paralells Panel to succeed (currently failing to update daily)

    If the error is similar to the error from this article, that's server network settings to check.

    Try to upgrade to a more modern Plesk version. In case there will error and the OS hasn't reached it's End-of-life yet, Plesk support could assist with the issue.

    Having resolved network issue the problem appears to be that my OS is Windows server 2008 R2 is now out of life. Although I can access in Plesk a link to upgrade 17.5.3, the process warns me that problems can arise if I continue. I don't know if I can upgrade to earlier version, its not offered in Pllek panel.

    The recommended approach is to prepare a new server with the newer OS version and perform a migration procedure: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213912645

    To install older Plesk version, you may start Plesk installer via CLI:

    plesk-installer.exe --console --all-versions

    Thank you Ivan, I was trying to avoid migrating to a new server but seems I have no potion. Plesk Panel is working fine its just failing to update (a message I get daily).

    non riesco ad accedere a Plesk, domini, SSH
    posso lavorare solo con KVM

    l'ISP Cloud Panel VPS è acceso,
    ho provato a riparare Plesk, ma ricevo vari Errori,
    soprattutto:
    - "ci sono permessi errati sugli stessi elementi: /var/log/press" ...
    e altre Directory

    Ho provato:
    "ping autoinstall.plesk.com" ... ma ottengo:
    - Guasto temporaneo nella risoluzione dei nomi
    anche con:
    /etc/resolv.conf
    nameserver 8.8.8.8
    nameserver 8.8.4.4
    Ricevo:
    Guasto temporaneo nella risoluzione dei nomi

    Ho provato:
    "nslookup autoinstall.plesk.com" ... ma ottengo:
    - Server 127.0.0.53
    - Indirizzo 127.0.0.53 # 53
    ** il server non riesce a trovare autoinstall.plesk.com: SERVFAIL **

    Ho provato:
    "cat /etc/resolv.conf" ... ma ottengo:
    - nameserver 127.0.0.53
    - options ended0 trust-ad

    non so come risolvere...

    My Host is "host.aveste.it"


    avete qualche soluzione?
