Cause

This is Plesk bug with ID PPPM-794 that  was fixed in micro-update #6 for Plesk 12: 12.0.18 MU#6

Resolution

Install the latest Plesk micro-updates .

For Plesk 11.5, the following workaround is possible:

Sync subscription with service plan using command line utility:

    # /usr/local/psa/bin/subscription --sync-subscription example.com
Subscription example.com was synchronized with the associated service plans
