Synchronization Failed (Common PHP settings management)

  1. Unable to sync the service Plan as a reseller.
  2. Syncing the subscription with its service plan failed because some of the services or resources defined in the plan cannot be actually provisioned with the subscription. Available value indicates the actual state of a resource or a service in the system. Clicking OK will initiate setting the subscription values according to the available values.

Reseller was created with this options unchecked: Common PHP settings management Service Plan created by reseller created with option Common PHP settings management

The issue caused by sofware issue PPPM-794 :

The issue was fixed in microupdate #6 for Parallels Plesk 12 : 12.0.18 MU#6

for Plesk 11.5 you can use the following workaround:

Sync subscription with service plan using command line utility:

    /usr/local/psa/bin/subscription --sync-subscription domain.tld
Subscription domain.tld was synchronized with the associated service plans
