- Plesk 12.5 for Windows
Update & Upgrades screen hangs on loading on a new Plesk 12.5, when Service Provider View was chosen during Plesk installation.
During initial setup choose "Other" and "service provider view"
Once finished choose Tools & Settings > Updates & Upgrades
A new browser tab opens and hangs on loading
This is Plesk internal issue with ID PPPM-4454 , which is planned to be fixed in future Plesk updates.
Open Windows Task Manager, find
process and kill it choosing
from context menu.
