Update & Upgrades screen hangs on loading on a new Plesk 12.5, when Service Provider View was chosen during Plesk installation:
During initial setup Other and service provider view are chosen.
Once finished choose Tools & Settings > Updates & Upgrades.
A new browser tab opens and hangs on loading.
This is Plesk bug with ID PPPM-4453, which has been fixed in Plesk 12.5 MU#32.
If it is not possible:
- Connect to the server via RDP.
- Open Windows Task Manager.
