Cause

During the Plesk upgrade, the following command was not finished successfully:

# /usr/local/psa/bin/repair --update-vhosts-structure

Resolution

To fix the issue, repair the vhost structure using:

# /usr/local/psa/bin/repair --update-vhosts-structure
The structure of the home directory was successfully updated on virtual hosts.

After that, the httpd service should be started successfully and there should be no error displayed in Plesk.
