    Hello, 

     

    On the forum page you provided, the issue is caused by missing/corrupted libraries. However the library mentioned is different from the one in the article (here it is libjson-c.so.2). And the symptoms on the forum are a bit different.

     

    Also please note that before applying the solution from article, it is needed to check all its symptoms and only in case all of them are the same as on your server, the solution could be applied.
