Release Notes

Odin is pleased to introduce the new Micro-Update #40 for the 12.0.18 version of Plesk.

The 12.0.18 MU#40 update is recommended for all Plesk users and includes general functionality fixes that improve the stability, compatibility, and security of your Plesk server.

To ensure optimal server reliability and security, Odin strongly recommends keeping your operating system and PP software up-to-date.

What's Changed

[+] Plesk for Windows is now shipped with MailEnable 8.6.

[+] Plesk for Windows is now shipped with PHP 5.4.39 and PHP 5.5.23. (Note that the max_input_time, post_max_size, upload_max_filesize, mail.force_extra_parameters, register_globals, allow_url_fopen, file_uploads, short_open_tag, and all other PHP_INI_SYSTEM and PHP_INI_PERDIR settings can no longer be configured on the subscription level because of the PHP bugfix )

[+] Plesk for Windows now supports IceWrap 11.1.

The following issues were resolved:

[-] Users were unable to change usernames and passwords of database users, receiving the "attribute name is invalid: status" error message. (PPPM-2685, on Linux only)

[-] Nginx used the location for proxying if an IPv6 IP address was in use.

[-] The "Add IP address" API request failed on VMWare nodes with the "IP pool: Unable to find IP Addresses" error message. (PPPM-2633, PPPM-2625 )

[-] IP addresses could not be deleted, and the "String was provided for unescaped parameter host" error message was displayed. (PPPM-2652)

[-] In some cases, migration of the whole server could fail if the option "Skip server global settings and system services configuration" was selected. (PPPM-2680, on Windows only)
