Subscriptions not synchronizing

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 12.5 for Linux

Symptoms

  • When trying to synchronize a subscription with a service plan Plesk shows the following error:

    Synchronization Failed
    Syncing the subscription with its service plan failed because some of the services or resources defined in the plan cannot be actually provisioned with the subscription. Available value indicates the actual state of a resource or a service in the system. Clicking OK will initiate setting the subscription values according to the available values.

  • Plesk was upgraded from version 10.

  • Subscription owner has a subscription named "My Resource".

Cause

Not completed switching to a new business model after upgrade from Plesk 10.

Resolution

  1. Go to Customers > John Doe > Subscriptions > My resource .

  2. Click transition these resources and privileges and complete switching to the new business model.

  3. Sync the subscription with the service plan.
