Unable ot create backup: Not enough disk space for backing up data

Symptoms

Unable to create backup in Tools & Settings > Backup Manager , the following error occurs:

Not enough disk space for backing up data

In %plesk_dir%PMM\\logs\\pmmcli.log the following can be found:

Cause

Broken %plesk_dir%admin\\share\\pmmcli\\pmmcli-rc file

Resolution

  1. Go to %plesk_dir%admin\\share\\pmmcli\\ folder
  2. Rename %plesk_dir%admin\\share\\pmmcli\\pmmcli-rc to pmmcli-rc_backup
  3. Put correct file from the attachment to this directory
