Resolution

  1. Make sure that www_root and home paths are set correctly in Plesk database:

    mysql> select id from sys_users where home like "%example.com%";
    +----+--------------------------------+
    | id | home |
    +----+--------------------------------+
    | 15 | C:\\inetpub\\vhosts\\example.com |
    +----+--------------------------------+

    mysql> select www_root from hosting where sys_user_id=15;
    +----------------------------------------+
    | www_root |
    +----------------------------------------+
    | C:\\inetpub\\vhosts\\example.com\\httpdocs |
    +----------------------------------------+

    where example.com is problem domain.

  2. Make sure this path exists and that it is correct: C:\\inetpub\\vhosts\\ . Please note the path should be in the same alphabetic register. If it is different, correct it:

    mysql> update hosting set www_root='C:\\\\inetpub\\\\vhosts\\\\example.com\\\\httpdocs' where sys_user_id=15;
    mysql> update sys_users set home='C:\\\\inetpub\\\\vhosts\\\\example.com' where id=15;
  3. Update the permissions:

  4. For Plesk 11.5 and Plesk 12.0 versions run:

        "%plesk_bin%"\\repair.exe --reconfigure-web-site -web-site-name example.com
  5. For Plesk 12.5 and higher:

        "%plesk_cli%\\repair.exe" --repair-webspace-security -webspace-name example.com
