The error appears for all APS1.2 applications that are not compatible with Plesk but are still shown in the application catalog. This is a Plesk bug #PPPM-1253 that will be fixed in future product updates: such applications should not be available for installation at all.
The issue with OwnCloud installation has been fixed in Plesk 12.0.18 MU#23: it is not available for installation.
Deksera CRM and Deskera Project Management are not supported by Plesk. There is no way to install them.
Ecwid could be installed as a bundle package with Joomla.
Mobile Device Management may be installed on a Windows server using this workaround:
- Connect to the server via RDP
- Create a new domain in Domains > Add New
- Download installer from official site: https://mdm.manageengine.com/free-trial.html
- Start it, and set installation path to %plesk_vhosts%example.com\httpdocs\
- Adjust the port if needed.
This way, the application is installed and all buttons from Plesk are clickable. Support for Mobile Device Management should be provided by application vendor.
