Workaround

Modify the /usr/local/psa/PMM/agents/shared/HelpFuncs.pm file on the destination server.

  1. Create backup of the file first:

    # cp /usr/local/psa/PMM/agents/shared/HelpFuncs.pm{,.orig}
  2. Change my $df = qx( df -P $mount) or die $!; line as follows:

    my $df = qx( df -P -B1 $mount) or die $!;
  3. Change return (512*$2, 512*(0+$2-$3), 512*$6); line as follows:

    return ($2, $2-$3, $6);

Additional information

Starting from Plesk 12.5 new Plesk Migrator tool is available which is recommended to use for migration since it has a lot of improvements and optimization. Check Migrating via the Plesk Interface article to find more information.
