Unable to install Kaspersky antivirus: PYCURL ERROR 7 - "couldn't connect to host"

Symptoms

Unable to install Kaspersky antivirus. The follwoing error appears:

### Error: Failed to run the Yum utility.
#### http://update.onlinehome-server.com/distribution/centos/6/os/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 7 - "couldn't connect to host"
Trying other mirror.
http://update.onlinehome-server.com/distribution/centos/6/extras/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 7 - "couldn't connect to host"
Trying other mirror.

Cause

Autoinstaller unable to find the required packages due to default server repositories are customized.

Resolution

Modify CentOS-Base.repo to enable default CentOS repositories:

  1. Backup current configuration:

    cp /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo.custom
  2. Uncomment #baseurl and comment mirror lines in /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo .

  3. Update yum repositories and install Kaspersky antivirus via autoinstaller then:

    # yum repolist
    # /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller
