Unable to create a backup: Cannot write child xml info

Symptoms

Backup cannot be created if customer or reseller name contains not-ASCII characters.

`Error: server "server"
Cannot write child xml info (type 'Domain')
Error:
Stream error: Transport error: Unable to create dir <path>\\???.?????: boost::filesystem::create_directory: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect: "<path>\\???.?????"

Cause

This is Plesk internal issue with id PPPM-4819 .

The fix will be included in the next Plesk updates.

Workaround

Use only ASCII characters in customer and reseller logins on the source server.
