The "Edit site with WPB" button is missing from the Websites & Domains menu.
There are various causes why the button is missing:
- WebPresence Builder (WPB) component is not installed.
- Plesk license limitation.
- Service Plan limitation.
- Subscription settings.
- WPB is disabled by custom configuration.
Make sure Web Presence Builder is installed by opening Tools & Settings > Updates and Upgrades menu:
Check that the Web Presence Builder publishing feature is available for Plesk license in Home > Tools & Settings > License Management. If the parameter Sites published with Web Presence Builder equals zero, customers will not be able to use WPB.
To enable PPB on the license, it is necessary to upgrade Plesk license with a bundle pack, or to install the license with a bundle pack that is already available.
If the PPB limit on the license is not zero, the ability to edit the site is determined by the service plan. Go to Home > Service Plans > (Select service plan) and set the desired limit for the "Sites published with Web Presence Builder" parameter:
A subscription inherits the settings and limits of its service plan. However, subscription limits can be customized. Check that the limit of the Sites published with Web Presence Builder parameter has not been changed. Go to Home > Subscriptions > (Select subscription) > click on the "Customize" button > (Check the limit for the "Sites published with Web Presence Builder" parameter):
WPB can be disabled for Plesk in
/usr/local/psa/admin/conf/customizations.conffile for Linux and
%plesk_dir%\admin\conf\customizations.conffile for Windows.
