Until this is properly fixed, I've found a workaround:

    - Completely remove the extension

    - Perform any modifications to your Wordpress installations outside Plesk

    - Install the extension

    - Re-scan for Wordpress installations

@Catalin, this bug was fixed in one of previous version of Wordpress toolkits. Please make sure you have the latest updates of the extension.

@Bulat, perhaps I was doing something wrong because I was experiencing this or a similar bug on latest Plesk Onyx (17.5.3 Update #21) and latest Wordpress Toolkit (2.3.0-551).

I have imported several websites from another server running CPanel. After the import, 2 out of the 3 imported websites with Wordpress showed outdated versions that couldn't be managed by WP Toolkit.

After manually updating those installs outside Plesk, no matter how many scans I kept doing in WP Toolkit it wasn't picking up the changes until I performed the steps above.

@Catalin, Thanks for replying! Do I understand correctly that now everything is fine?

That is correct, yes. After applying the workaround described above WP Toolkit is correctly managing all the installations.
