Website is not opening or shows default Plesk page after Plesk upgrade or migration.
Mail is not receiving.
DNS records are different if request Plesk DNS server and 3rd-party DNS server:
nslookup example.com 127.0.0.1
nslookup example.com 220.127.116.11
DNS propagation is in progress or authoritative DNS server is misconfigured.
- Make sure that correct DNS servers are specified on registrar side.
- If everything is fine then wait up to 48 hours for propagation of DNS zone.
