Website is not opening, mail is not working after Plesk upgrade or migration

Symptoms

Website is not opening or shows default Plesk page after Plesk upgrade or migration.

Mail is not receiving. 

DNS records are different if request Plesk DNS server and 3rd-party DNS server:

Plesk DNS:

    nslookup example.com 127.0.0.1
Server: localhost
Address: 127.0.0.1

Name: example.com
Address: 203.0.113.2

Google DNS:

    nslookup example.com 8.8.8.8
Server: google-public-dns-a.google.com
Address: 8.8.8.8

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: example.com
Address: 199.66.150.36

Cause

DNS propagation is in progress or authoritative DNS server is misconfigured.

Resolution

  1. Make sure that correct DNS servers are specified on registrar side.
  2. If everything is fine then wait up to 48 hours for propagation of DNS zone.
