Resource of aps.database type with ID XXXXX not found by brokers

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 11.x for Linux
  • Plesk 12.0 for Windows


  1. In Plesk, the following error message is displayed:

    Error: New files of configuration for Apache web server were not built due to errors in configuration templates. The detailed error message was e-mailed to you, so please check the e-mail, fix the errors, and click here to retry generating configuration.
  2. There are descriptions like the following one:

    Problem retrieving application's <some id> information: resource of type aps.database with id <parameter> not found by brokers


  1. Dump the psa and apsc databases:

    # MYSQL_PWD=`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` mysqldump -u admin psa > psa`date +%F_%H.%M`.sql
    # MYSQL_PWD=`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` mysqldump -u admin apsc > apsc`date +%F_%H.%M`.sql
  2. Use the following queries in the apsc database:

    mysql> delete from aps_resource_requirement where uid='<UUID_from_error>';
    mysql> delete from aps_resource_requirement_backup where uid='<UUID_from_error>';`
  3. Rebuild web server configuration files:

    #/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all

WARNING! Note that using httpdmng utility with --reconfigure-all option can cause a significant downtime of hosted websites in case of bin number of websites. In that case it is recommended to use --reconfigure-domains to rebuild it by bunches.
