Plesk installation or upgrade fails:
CONFIG_TEXT: ERROR while trying to check the host name
CONFIG_TEXT: Your host name must resolve to the correct IP address of your server, unless you are using network address translation (NAT).
Please quit Parallels Installer, fix the hostname resolution problem, and they try installing again.

Specify the full hostname of the server in the form of "hostname.example.com" instead of just "hostname". The server should also be pinged by hostname. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Connect to the server using SSH.
Run the command below to specify a new hostname for the server, e.g., "example.com":
# hostname example.com
Add the following line to the /etc/hosts file, where "ip.address" is the real IP address of the server:
CONFIG_TEXT: ip.address.of.your.server example.com plesk
