After upgrade from Plesk 9.x to 11.x all subscriptions have empty(zero) limits.
How could I fix this issue?
New business model was not applied after upgrade properly..
In "Tools & Settings" tab open "Complete switching to the Panel 10 business model" menu item.
Complete transition to new business model of all subscriptions and customers.
If this menu item is absent from "Tools & Settings" tab, apply following steps:
- Open direct link in browser:
where 192.168.81.110 is IP address of Plesk server.
- Complete transition to new business model of all subscriptions and customers.
