Unable to list applications from the catalog: Search results could not be loaded at the moment Retry

Symptoms

Unable to list applications available for installation on a domain:

    Search results could not be loaded at the moment. Retry

Resolution

Use Clear cache function at Server > Application Vault > View installed Apps :

If the issue still persists, follow instructions below:

  1. Move the content of the directory /usr/local/psa/var/apspackages/ to a temporarily location:

    # mv /usr/local/psa/var/apspackages/ ./
  2. Use Clear Cache in Server > Application Vault > View installed Apps to get the missing directory:

    Internal error: Cannot find package cache directory:
    '/usr/local/psa/var/apspackages/apscatalogSWLhgA.zipf66f54dc-9b23-f4'
  3. Move directory apscatalogSWLhgA.zipf66f54dc-9b23-f4 back into /usr/local/psa/var/apspackages/

  4. Retry Clear Cache
