Outgoing mail IP address was changed via Plesk to
203.0.113.2, but this is still sending from the IP relating to the domain
192.0.2.2ignoring the setting in Plesk.

iptablesare customized to map all outgoing traffic to the specific IP address:
# iptables-save | grep NAT-A POSTROUTING -p tcp -m tcp --dport 25 -j SNAT --to-source 192.0.2.2
Firewall rules configured to map all outgoing traffic to the old IP address.
Connect to the server via SSH.
Remove or redefine mapping via
iptables, for example:
# iptables -t nat -D POSTROUTING -p tcp -m tcp --dport 25 -j SNAT --to-source 192.0.2.2
