Log rotation setting of Service plan not syncing with subscription

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 12.5 for Linux

Symptoms

Domains or subscriptions under a Service plan are not synced with the Service plan's log rotation settings.

Log rotation setting for additional domains is missed in usr/local/psa/etc/logrotate.d/ directory.

Cause

This is internal issue with ID PPPM-3128 that was fixed in Plesk Onyx.

Workaround

  1. Go to Hosting Panel of the newly created additional domain

  2. Go to Website & Domains > Logs > Manage Log Files > Log Rotation and select Log Rotation option in the popped up window. Then, click OK .

  3. Ensure that in /usr/local/psa/etc/logrotate.d/ directory is configured for the new domain
