Apply individual settings to spam filtering option is responsible for the ability to manage Spam Filter setting on a mailbox level. But due to bug described in this article, this option is not getting applied and spamfiltering is disabled for all new mailboxes by default. As a workaround, do the following:
- Go to Tools & Settings > Spam Filter > un-check Apply individual settings to spam filtering option:
- Create a new mailbox in Domains > example.com > Email Addresses
- Connect to the server via SSH
- Check Spam filter status to make sure it was enabled:
