Unable to create/delete subscription: the operation is taking all the time until it is failed upon timeout

Symptoms

Unable to create/delete subscription: the operation is taking all the time until it is failed upon timeout.

Coldfusion is installed and chosen in domain's service plan.

Cause

This is an internal issue with ID #PPPM-4056, which is planned to be fixed in future product updates.

Workaround

  1. Download the hotfix attached for Plesk 12.0 for Windows Server 2012 and unpack it.

  2. Create a backups of cfmng.exe and coldfusion10provider.dll files in C:\webservices\plesk\admin\bin folder by renaming them

  3. Place 2 unpacked files to C:\webservices\plesk\admin\bin folder
