How can an email user enable/disable auto-responder by himself? How to log in and configure the auto-responder?
In Plesk when mailbox is created with enabled
Access to the Customer Panel
option it allows to access Plesk using email address as login name. Check

to find more information.
Enabling auto-reply for mailbox can be done as follows:
- Log into Plesk under mail user account.
- Go to Change Mail Account Settings
- Go to Auto-Reply tab and switch on auto-reply
