[How] Can an email user manage auto-responder?

Question

How can an email user enable/disable auto-responder by himself? How to log in and configure the auto-responder?

Answer

In Plesk when mailbox is created with enabled Access to the Customer Panel option it allows to access Plesk using email address as login name. Check Plesk Customer's Guide - Adding Mail Accounts to find more information.

Enabling auto-reply for mailbox can be done as follows:

  1. Log into Plesk under mail user account.
  2. Go to Change Mail Account Settings
  3. Go to Auto-Reply tab and switch on auto-reply
