After the upgrade from 11.0 to 11.5 some domains show Web Server's Default Page

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 11.5 for Windows
  • Plesk 11.5 for Linux
  • Plesk 12.0 for Linux

Symptoms

After the upgrade from 11.0 to 11.5 some domains show Web Server's Default Page

The following command did not fix the issue:

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-domain example.com

Cause

Website hosting is disabled:

Subscriptions > example.com > Websites & Domains > example.com

Warning: This domain (website) was disabled by hosting provider.

Domain status in database is not '0':

[root@server]# plesk db

mysql> SELECT name, status FROM domains WHERE status <> '0';
+-------------------------------------+--------+
| name | status |
+-------------------------------------+--------+
| domain.com | 2 |

Resolution

Hosting can be enabled at:

Subscriptions > example.com > Websites & Domains > example.com > Hosting Settings > Website status > Change

Or it can be done via command line:

# /usr/local/psa/bin/domain --on example.com

The command can be applied for every inactive domain:

# MYSQL_PWD=`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` mysql -u admin psa -N -e" SELECT name FROM domains WHERE status <> '0'" | while read i; do /usr/local/psa/bin/domain --on $i ; done
