Sync Plan Issue

  • Plesk 11.x for Windows


I had successfully synchronized all the domains with its associated service plans. But on the next day most of the subscriptions got locked for synchronisation.


Custom script modified subscription settings.


Review all custom scheduled tasks in Windows Task Scheduler or follow steps provided below to trace the source.

  1. Create a test subscription with the same service as affected subscriptions.
  2. Enable Plesk debug
  3. Wait for next day for all scheduled tasks completion
  4. Find a test subscription created on step #1 in the Plesk log file
  5. Open Windows Task Scheduler and find a task what executed at the time when test domains was modified.
